DECLARATION

By completing this application for Luna Bites Market, you confirm your agreement to the following terms:

1. Payment

All stall fees must be paid promptly once an invoice is issued. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Pay-on-the-day options are not available, to ensure fairness and proper planning for all vendors.

2. Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, your application will be cancelled. Attending without payment will be treated as a breach of agreement, and fees will still be due in full. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

3. Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Submission of this form does not guarantee a stall at the market.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions of Luna Bites Market and understand that non-compliance may result in being excluded from future events.

I understand that not complying with food regulations or stallholder requirements may lead to immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future events.
